Investment Charter

We invest in growth stage companies that drive the adoption of leading edge IT, communications, and media technologies. A potential portfolio company should have a strong core management team that has the ability to lead the company to profitability. The company should focus on a high-growth, expanding market within IT, communications, or media. The company should be a leader in its field and be positioned to defend its place in the market.

Companies we target generally have existing revenue with multiple customers in the marketplace. While we have no fixed minimum, a company’s revenue should be significant enough to both reflect market acceptance and confirm product or technology viability.

We invest in companies that use IT, communications, or media in new and innovative ways for high economic return, including: broadband enabling technologies, wireless infrastructure and applications, enterprise software and media technologies. Finally, we are willing to consider investments in product, operating, and service companies.

Using our broad industry relationships and management experience, we can provide significant value to portfolio companies through management advice and introductions to potential customers or industry partners.
